VFM is owned by a company of Independent Financial Advisers offering whole of market mortgage, finance and insurance products. This means that you will have access to all of the normal high street brands, plus many “exclusive” products, therefore being at no disadvantage from sourcing them all independently. You will probably need all of these services anyway. So deal through us and save thousands on fees. Your property will still have the keen marketing methods that you would expect from an Estate Agent including the following:-

There will be no marketing contract keeping you with us for some 12 weeks or more. You can stay with us for a short or long period of time its up to you. We don’t even mind if you go with other agents at the same time. Unlike other Estate Agents that will charge extra for this VFM will not.
VFM is the flexible Value For Money Estate Agent and to confirm this, should you not require a mortgage and other related services we will sell your property for a flat fee of £499 or 0.4% which ever is the greater regardless of the sale price of your property.
